Important! ZOLL Respond will prompt users to enable location tracking and notifications during installation of the ZOLL Respond application. It is essential that all users accept and allow this in order for the application to function properly.

1. When you first launch Respond, the location permission will pop up. Select the "Allow While Using" option. |

2. Go to Settings > ZOLL Respond > Location and then select Always. |
|
| 3. After completing step 3, the notification permission will display. Select Allow. | 
|
| 4. Go back to the Settings > ZOLL Respond page and ensure that the "Background App Refresh" option is enabled. | 
|
